Start-up & Pre-Start-up Business Coaching: SEED

SEED project logo We are running an exciting business coaching programme with Chichester College and SEEDA. Called SEED, we have four business coaches to help unemployed or economically inactive people who would like to explore the possibility of self employment. Each of our four coaches are operating in a different area and are able to help only 75 clients each – so sign up before all the places are taken! The project finishes in December 2010. Hammie is covering the Isle of Wight, Nina is working in Slough, Jo is based in Dover, and Claire is working in Southampton.

If you are interested in this free service but are not in one of these areas, please do still get in touch as there are other coaches working across the South that I can put you in touch with via Chichester College.

What are we offering?

Cute frog The coaches are providing intensive ongoing 1-1 support to help you identify and overcome your individual barriers in your transition to self employment. They will signpost you to other support, such as numeracy and literacy, as required. The coaching sessions are flexible in time and place to fit around your needs, and all coaches have personal experience of being self-employed. If self employment is not for you, you will be signposted to other organisations to help you to continue your journey.
